Service in the store was helpful in making choices and followed up with making the order for me before the sale finished. The items arrives when promised and are well put together for self assembly. Futon could keep the furniture in storage until I was ready to receive it. They added an additional piece of furniture over the phone and sent link for payment instantly. The quality of the items delivered were excellent and the instructions to build them were clear. Delivery service was very good....

What fine experience to deal with the Futon complex from start to finish: it was easy… to find what I needed on the easy-to-navigate website…to place the order…to keep track of the delivery. The products are excellent quality and easy to assemble. Would I order again? Absolutely definitely yes....

I bought the 3 shelf version which is "hip height" Easy to pick up from local shop. Good value & well made ( self assembly with all screws needed !) Nice for my mum to place her flower vase on at Care Home away from radiator !
