Futon is so solid. Very high quality. Easy to assemble (as long as you can lift the parts!) best sofabed mattress we ever had (went for the top spec one). Family have commented how comfortable it is.

Always excellent service at the Futon Company. Ordered online and collected at store everything was ready without any fuss. And it was but one get one half price. I’ve shopped there for years in Norwich and I will probably shop there for years to come too.

The product was exactly as described. The quality was really good and assembly instructions were clear. Only issue was that the top and bottom sections of the cabinet that I had ordered had the incorrect numbering so I had to take apart and re do. We took delivery of the Rondo Single Seater sofa bed this week- a beautifully made piece of furniture but struggled to put it together- a combination of us not being very practical and instructions that were not very clear.
