Lovely helpful staff it's always a pleasure to shop in the futon shop I have bought three things already a laptop table with legs to stand on a table or on your lap,a shoe stand and a shoe rack that have all been lovely made, really nice wood too and easy to build.

We went to the shop today with an intention to buy a sofa bed. Joe their member of staff was excellent in explaining and demonstrating the sofa bed we liked. He really helped us with all of our questions and showed good knowledge about their furniture. We really like their simple yet tasteful furniture...

The item arrived from the warehouse, with a broken part. I phoned my local store and as,they had an unopened one in stock, we exchanged the part. This saved the hassle of posting the whole piece of furniture back and meant I didn’t have to wait for a replacement.

Very easy transaction and delivery service was great. Receiving a call in the morning giving an approximately delivery time then a 10 minute warning call helps to prepare for delivery. Items were delivered to a room of my choice and not just placed in the property threshold.

Website advises order will take 3-5 days. Once purchased, advised it will be almost a month before delivery. It is for a birthday.
I have rung their contact number 4 times without anyone picking up, and had no responses to emails yet.
Update: They have now made contact and agreed to send out several...

Table arrived, delivery great. Only noticed scratch on table top post-assembly. Company really helpful - arranged replacement table top straight away. Really responsive and great customer service. Product looks spot on! Very happy.
