Asher at the Battersea Shop was really helpful. I bought an oak deep picture rail and collected the Admiral folding chair from the store a few days later. Very pleased with both purchases.

Initially a small piece of wood arrived broken. Having phoned the company when we unpacked our purchase they responded immediately. A replacement arrived within 2 days…. Amazing & customer service so helpful.
The wardrobe went together like a dream unlike any other self build furniture I have had....

The futon shop was small but well laid out. Very friendly and helpful staff. Information, delivery change of fabric and extras all explained clearly and honestly. Information regarding delivery, collection and packaging, again, useful and over and above details normally given. Delivery to shop on time...

Items delivered quickly, able to change to a more suitable day. Items are fantastic quality but very reasonably priced. They have finished off our spare room perfectly.
