Futon could keep the furniture in storage until I was ready to receive it. They added an additional piece of furniture over the phone and sent link for payment instantly. The quality of the items delivered were excellent and the instructions to build them were clear. Delivery service was very good....

We ordered a Futon 5 shelf ladder stand after seeing our daughter’s. It is well made and finished and puts together easily. All the tools needed are included. What fine experience to deal with the Futon complex from start to finish: it was easy… to find what I needed on the easy-to-navigate website…to place the order…to keep track of the delivery. The products are excellent quality and easy to assemble. Would I order again? Absolutely definitely yes....
