Humans answer the phone.no musak. Went into the store jn Oxford and was served by a very charming store manager . She was patient and friendly explained the different models and fabrics and options.
We ordered online as we couldn’t go back to the store. The range and variety available is great and the furniture is top quality !

Fabulous coasters which we’d used on holiday, large enough for a mug so we ordered some for home. Love them and the little lip round it, catches any drips.
