It’s great to be able to see the range of furniture that futon offer in actual shops. Love the simple designs and functionality of the range. Well made. Useful pieces at very affordable prices. My 70+ family members loved this tatami, we've bought three to make it a slightly bigger super king size, and put on a 10cm thick foam mattress topper and it went like the best night they ever had, one of them have serious scoliosis. They told me it is comparable with their original £2000+ super firm...

Great customer service at the Sheffield store and online, delivery communication also very good. The bed is really nice and looks fab in the space. We added the long bolster, which looks great, but bought in store so we could see the colours better.

In store experience fabulous. Jamie was an absolute star - helpful, knowledgeable and patient. His suggestions worked beautifully and we now have a neat refurbished futon which we are much happier with. I didn’t find the website informative enough.
