Helpful, friendly and professional. Easy to order via the shop. Only downside: the useful hints email arrived a week after the futon. We had already assembled it but it would have been useful to have had the email at the same time as the delivery.

The purchase online was easy to achieve. When I called to pick up my futon the lady at the store was extremely helpful and she assisted me in loading up my purchase into my vehicle, and gave good advice concerning extra purchases to enhance what I bought. Very pleasantly surprised by the service after boycotting the store for the best part of 20 years after having some poor customer service and an email from the ceo calling me a liar. Excellent staff in Norwich showroom with fast delivery and even delivery men carrying mattress up three flights of stairs due to broken lift. Great quality mattress with cover as ever. Love my futon, which I've had for years and just replaced the mattress passing old one to family.
