Prompt dispatch and delivery of items. Both the four tray oak caddy and the free-standing loo roll holder were easy to put together and look great in our new downstairs loo. Solid-feeling with a decent heft to them, very happy with my purchase and the service from Futon Co.

What fine experience to deal with the Futon complex from start to finish: it was easy… to find what I needed on the easy-to-navigate website…to place the order…to keep track of the delivery. The products are excellent quality and easy to assemble. Would I order again? Absolutely definitely yes....

Our cabinet arrived in shop on the correct date and was ready for collection. Assembly instructions were clear and although it took a good couple of hours to assemble, we now have a lovely cabinet. Very pleased with it.

Charley from the Plymouth store was so helpful, she went above and beyond when I purchased a desk off the sales floor, as I wasn’t from the area she packaged it up for me while I arranged a courier.
