Great furniture and reasonable prices. Helpful to be able to go into their shop in Norwich to view some items before purchasing.
Coul be improved by agreeing a date and time slot with delivery company they use.

Website advises order will take 3-5 days. Once purchased, advised it will be almost a month before delivery. It is for a birthday.
I have rung their contact number 4 times without anyone picking up, and had no responses to emails yet.
Update: They have now made contact and agreed to send out several...

I am happy of the quality of the double Futon bed, and managed to assemble it on my own.
Delivery was on schedule. The driver and assistant kindly carried the bed components to a first floor room. They were polite and helpful.
Very pleased with this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Unexpected find of great little watering cans of a sensible small size which i will use at school and for nature club. They are proper watering cans, good quality and attractive, in natural colours, and a very good price :) Would also make an attractive planter/cache pot.

The member of staff at the York store who showed us all the options and was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products.
He was also happy to move things around d so that we could try everything.

Shop staff (Sheffield store) were really helpful in guiding me through the options available. But it took me ages to wrangle the futon into its cover on my own, possibly easier if there are two of you!

The futon has been delivered fast, men were very willing to put it into the small room in 2nd floor.

Shopped again recently in Futon shop on Lothian Rd. Edinburgh. Anna was very helpful and courteous. Ordered 6 coloured coffee glasses ( 3 glasses in two different colours ) Not in stock in store but delivered to home quite soon after purchase. Well packed and no damage.
