The delivery men were polite and efficient, and we are delighted with our Snuggler daybed: relatively easy to assemble, sturdy and very comfortable. Oslo blue a great colour too.

So impressed with the customer service at the Leeds branch when I visited my son at Uni recently that I called the store to place my online order when I returned home. A young guy there was very helpful with measurements and product details. Thank you Leeds!

Brilliant bed, solid, sturdy, smells nice (of fresh wood). And the combination with tatami mats is just to die for! This is so so comfortable. Couldn't be happier!

These are the second lot of oak cube storage boxes I have bought. They are lovely quality and easy to put together. The staff in the Brighton are always very helpful when I go in there to collect

Website advises order will take 3-5 days. Once purchased, advised it will be almost a month before delivery. It is for a birthday.
I have rung their contact number 4 times without anyone picking up, and had no responses to emails yet.
Update: They have now made contact and agreed to send out several...

I bought the table in the Futon shop and chose delivery rather than carry it as I shopped. Good communication for delivery and a very good table. It is perfect.

Table arrived, delivery great. Only noticed scratch on table top post-assembly. Company really helpful - arranged replacement table top straight away. Really responsive and great customer service. Product looks spot on! Very happy.

Probably the best customer service experience I've ever experienced.
Adam answered every possible question for a variety of products amd helped us find exactly what we needed.
Not to mention to angelic patience to keep a smile around out feral children.

The futon has been delivered fast, men were very willing to put it into the small room in 2nd floor.
