This is the first time I have used this company to order from and I was pleasently surprised. I was kept informed by email at each stage of my order and on the final email on dispatch I was given the tracking number so I could see where my order was. First time using the company and very impressed. Purchased a roll up futon mattress for my grandsons when they come to have a sleepover. The design is brilliant as it rolls up for easy storage and has a carry handle. It's also very comfy. The item arrived very quickly too.

Our furniture is wonderful, but the delivery company here awful.
They delivered at the wrong time, the box was wrecked, the shelving damaged and the driver was very rude.
It will not put us off ordering fabulous furniture from the Futon Company, but another delivery firm would be a good idea.

Mohammed provided exceptional customer service. He was so friendly, genuine and kind and offered it straight from the heart. His colleagues were wonderful too. My husband and I really enjoyed our time there.
