I bought the Cosy - 3 - Seater Sofa Bed Rubberwood (Soft Top) in the sale. It is principally to be used as a bed in my spare bedroom for when my adult kids visit. I bought a washing basket but unfortunately the stitches were loose . I have emailed customer service and they sorted out quickly. Hopefully the replacement will be fine as I really like it and it fit perfectly in my laundry room

I love visiting the Futon Company's Tottenham Court Rd store on my lunch break so I was happy to find that ordering with them online was also a positive experience. Items arrived when they're supposed to, items were lovely and of good quality. Thanks!
