Received leaning desk and although tricky to assemble alone, was clear to read instructions. 2 parts were damaged, however, the customer service was very fast in responding and sending out replacement parts.

Our cabinet arrived in shop on the correct date and was ready for collection. Assembly instructions were clear and although it took a good couple of hours to assemble, we now have a lovely cabinet. Very pleased with it.

Nicola was helpful, as ever, telling us about various pieces of furniture. We bought an ex-display Hannei (?) open wardrobe which Nicola kindly dismantled and securely packed for us, which made transporting it home much easier.

really like the furniture they sell. My dog wrecked one of the chair cushions. I emailed futon and was able to order replacements. Great customer service that makes me consider getting more futon stuff.

Very good company to deal with, we bought a small bathroom cabinet and the quality is very high, much better than I was expecting for the price, not your average high street stuff, this is real high end, plus quick delivery. Couldn't have asked for more.

Purchases an ottoman stool/ pouffe for my daughter. I rang the Guildford branch and spoke to a member of staff who was extremely helpful.

Charley from the Plymouth store was so helpful, she went above and beyond when I purchased a desk off the sales floor, as I wasn’t from the area she packaged it up for me while I arranged a courier. It was being picked up the next day early, and she even came in on her day off going above and beyond...
