I am happy of the quality of the double Futon bed, and managed to assemble it on my own.
Delivery was on schedule. The driver and assistant kindly carried the bed components to a first floor room. They were polite and helpful.
Very pleased with this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We visited the Finchley road branch on Saturday. Jermaine looked after us for over one hour so we could try the sofa beds first hand and make a well-informed choice. Table arrived, delivery great. Only noticed scratch on table top post-assembly. Company really helpful - arranged replacement table top straight away. Really responsive and great customer service. Product looks spot on! Very happy.

Probably the best customer service experience I've ever experienced.
Adam answered every possible question for a variety of products amd helped us find exactly what we needed.
Not to mention to angelic patience to keep a smile around out feral children.
