Have the sofa bed set up for about 1.5 weeks now, so far I'm happy. Quality is good so far, real wood.
Only when I assembled it by myself, I found it a bit hard, I was about to give up cos the fishbones were so difficult to put together. Then I tried again and did it! Instruction pictures were not toooo...

The product was exactly as described. The quality was really good and assembly instructions were clear. Only issue was that the top and bottom sections of the cabinet that I had ordered had the incorrect numbering so I had to take apart and re do. Very helpful both in the Bristol store and also ordering online. Great customer service too as one small item was damaged and it was really quick and easy to call up and get a replacement sent. Love the products, and am very happy with the look and quality of everything I bought.

From ordering through to assembly the experience was good. We collected a double sofa bed from the Plymouth store. The person managing the store helped us load the 40kg box into our camper. Staff at the Plymouth Futon Shop couldn't have been more helpful in helping me to choose the Futon that was right for me. Delivery was also straightforward - I was able to change the date by simply sending a text and my Futon arrived next day! I have to say, I would have liked the assembly instructions...

Helpful, friendly and professional. Easy to order via the shop. Only downside: the useful hints email arrived a week after the futon. We had already assembled it but it would have been useful to have had the email at the same time as the delivery.

Beautiful with great quality and nice design.
Delivery could be improved though, as they don't give advanced notice of when it will happen other than 24 hours before and within an 8-hour slot.

I was so pleased that the narrow little chest of drawers was ready assembled. It fits so well into my bathroom and is so useful. The oak sofa desk with a drawer is beautiful, more stylish and practical than a side table, and the perfect height. I love it!
