Customer service was fabulous. I order my small tables with the understanding they would a wee while. On check on delivery, futon were great and responded quickly and kept me up to date. The tables arrived, were assembled and put in place. What’s not to like. Fantastic

The item I bought came as flat pack which was not what I expected so when I contacted the shop the manager was most helpful and offered to come to my house and put it together for me. He arrived the next evening and kindly sorted everything out very quickly. Would recommend the futon shop to everyone.

We have bought 6 pieces recently from The Futon Company. I have had excellent service from all the staff I have dealt with.
The quality of the wooden furniture we have bought is excellent, & so hard to find these days.

It's nice to go into a shop and have a discussion about the things that I am interested in buying and the people in Cambridge are very friendly and helpful. It's easy to make mistakes when buying online.

We love the sofa, it was fun putting it together. Good simple clear instructions which were definitely helped by the staff member running through the instructions in store. He highlighted the potential mistakes that may have happened!
