Website advises order will take 3-5 days. Once purchased, advised it will be almost a month before delivery. It is for a birthday. I have rung their contact number 4 times without anyone picking up, and had no responses to emails yet. Update: They have now made contact and agreed to send out several...

Easy company to deal with. I hope to use again.

I am happy of the quality of the double Futon bed, and managed to assemble it on my own. Delivery was on schedule. The driver and assistant kindly carried the bed components to a first floor room. They were polite and helpful. Very pleased with this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
