Staff at the Bristol store are so helpful and friendly, both on the phone and in person. The pieces we bought are beautifully designed and well made. Table arrived, delivery great. Only noticed scratch on table top post-assembly. Company really helpful - arranged replacement table top straight away. Really responsive and great customer service. Product looks spot on! Very happy.
