I only bought some replacement parts for a Futon, but they were easy to find on the website, easy to order and came quickly. I thought the price, including P&P was reasonable. The Futon is now back in action - with some additional spares, just in case!

I was told in shop that it was easy to put together! I was warned that it would be heavy However- I was not told that it arrives as a flat pack! Ordering on the website was very quick and easy and there was an option to collect from store immediately.

Excellent delivery service. Called a few days ahead to schedule a convenient time. Delivery drivers were friendly and professional.
Item (futon chair) is good quality and solid. Should last a lifetime.
