Best decision we made for a mattress. The support was right for us. We needed orthopedic support and have tried a few that did not live up to the promise. After using the futon mattress, the shoulder pain went away immediately and have not returned yet.

The item arrived from the warehouse, with a broken part. I phoned my local store and as,they had an unopened one in stock, we exchanged the part. This saved the hassle of posting the whole piece of furniture back and meant I didn’t have to wait for a replacement.

We went to the Sheffield branch so we could try the sofas before purchasing. Vivienne was very helpful and informed us if all the information we needed. We went home and made our order.
