The website is easy to use . More importantly the quality of the product is excellent. The packaging is very good with no damage to the sofa bed at all . Love this company, their products are solid, easy to build, well made and with a great design. I bought two sofa beds from them, leaning cabinets, ledge tables and other stuff. Communication and delivery were both very good.
Unfortunately I had to return the side tables, one was slightly damaged & they didn't really fit our space.
The return process was quick & easy, the money was back in my account 2 days after it was picked up.
