I always go to the Oxford store because the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, with all the sofa and bed combo’s it can get quite confusing and they make it much simpler.

Great service in the shop in York. Excellent delivery time with good communication throughout regarding times and delivery date.

Probably the best customer service experience I've ever experienced.
Adam answered every possible question for a variety of products amd helped us find exactly what we needed.
Not to mention to angelic patience to keep a smile around out feral children.
