In store experience fabulous. Jamie was an absolute star - helpful, knowledgeable and patient. His suggestions worked beautifully and we now have a neat refurbished futon which we are much happier with. I didn’t find the website informative enough.

Staff at the Plymouth Futon Shop couldn't have been more helpful in helping me to choose the Futon that was right for me. Delivery was also straightforward - I was able to change the date by simply sending a text and my Futon arrived next day! I have to say, I would have liked the assembly instructions...

We bought a stool. We found we no longer have the ability to assemble flat-packs. We learned from the website that Futon now offer assembly. We arranged a taxi to take the pack to the York shop. The manager was standing outside to swap it with an assembled stool !

I ordered 3 sets of two shelved shoe racks, narrow, wooden to fit a very narrow corridor. They arrived well packed and protected and with the allen key only took 10 minutes to assemble, very easy. They look good and store a whole load of shoes.

I was in need of a futon to cover as temporary sofa now and for a guest bed in the future.
