Lovely folding mattress , excellent design features such as the Velcro tabs and such nice material! Well made and sturdy design. I haven’t tested it yet but it looks and feels comfortable. Could double up as extra seating like a pouffe!

Once assembled, this is an excellent and comfortable product. Ideal for occasional overnighters ! Lovely to sit on and read in those sleepless nights. We love it!
However, the assembly instructions were not easy to understand nor did there seem to be instructions for turning it into a bed mode or re-erecting....

Very helpful in the shop and if I had read the instructions properly easy to put together. It is heavy and I would suggest two people but I did it alone and I’m a 67 year old woman 5ft 2 and 9.5stone.

Bed side table came with missing parts. Contact with customer service was excellent very swift to respond Cambridge store have been great with taking over. Part have been sent out swiftly. Great service. Very happy with the with the product and my experience with customer service and the store.

Love my furniture that I bought from the futon shop. I found it a bit of a challenge putting it together but I got help and it was fine????.
I found our local futon shop a delightful place to shop and the staff were really helpful and courteous .

Communication from the company was excellent - acknowledgement of order and its dispatch. My order arrived in a timely manner and the stool was well packed so undamaged. The stool was exactly as described and only took a couple of minutes to attach back section. The storage area has already been...
