Best decision we made for a mattress. The support was right for us. We needed orthopedic support and have tried a few that did not live up to the promise. After using the futon mattress, the shoulder pain went away immediately and have not returned yet.

We went to the Sheffield branch so we could try the sofas before purchasing. Vivienne was very helpful and informed us if all the information we needed. We went home and made our order. Very easy transaction and delivery service was great. Receiving a call in the morning giving an approximately delivery time then a 10 minute warning call helps to prepare for delivery. Items were delivered to a room of my choice and not just placed in the property threshold.

This company is a hidden gem. This was the first time I had used them. Their products are first class and well made and they don’t just sell futons! Website advises order will take 3-5 days. Once purchased, advised it will be almost a month before delivery. It is for a birthday.
I have rung their contact number 4 times without anyone picking up, and had no responses to emails yet.
Update: They have now made contact and agreed to send out several...

I am happy of the quality of the double Futon bed, and managed to assemble it on my own.
Delivery was on schedule. The driver and assistant kindly carried the bed components to a first floor room. They were polite and helpful.
Very pleased with this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Great service in the shop in York. Excellent delivery time with good communication throughout regarding times and delivery date.
The delivery drivers brought the heavy furniture upstairs.

Always enjoyed the Futon Company's products. We have several pieces of bedroom furniture that simply look fantastic.
They are pricier but then you're getting something made of solid wood that will last forever if you take care with it.
Assembly is simple enough. Majority of work is already done before...
