I only bought some replacement parts for a Futon, but they were easy to find on the website, easy to order and came quickly. I thought the price, including P&P was reasonable. The Futon is now back in action - with some additional spares, just in case!

I was told in shop that it was easy to put together! I was warned that it would be heavy However- I was not told that it arrives as a flat pack! I needed a sofa bed that I could get in my cellar and the Futon pagoda was perfect. The sofa was easy to put together but you do need two people. Very happy with how it looks and the sales person in the Muswell Hill shop was very helpful.

Love this brand. Consistently good quality across the board and at good prices. Recently had a really good experience at the York shop with Hayley. We'd ordered an oak framed mirror which was slightly chipped when it arrived. One quick phone call and a couple of emails later and she'd arranged a replacement...

I was interested in the options for an occasional bed in the smallest of two bedrooms in my house. Jodie in the Norwich store was particularly helpful with her knowledge and interest. I ordered online and I know I will be back for more ideas given the fact I live in a modern compact house.

Furniture was well built and reasonably priced. Delivered on time, we had 1 fault with 1 piece of furniture but it was soon remedied with no problem. Would be happy to buy from them again

Excellent delivery service. Called a few days ahead to schedule a convenient time. Delivery drivers were friendly and professional.
Item (futon chair) is good quality and solid. Should last a lifetime.
