Very helpful both in the Bristol store and also ordering online. Great customer service too as one small item was damaged and it was really quick and easy to call up and get a replacement sent. Love the products, and am very happy with the look and quality of everything I bought.

Great customer service at the Sheffield store and online, delivery communication also very good. The bed is really nice and looks fab in the space. We added the long bolster, which looks great, but bought in store so we could see the colours better.

In store experience fabulous. Jamie was an absolute star - helpful, knowledgeable and patient. His suggestions worked beautifully and we now have a neat refurbished futon which we are much happier with. I didn’t find the website informative enough.

Beautiful with great quality and nice design.
Delivery could be improved though, as they don't give advanced notice of when it will happen other than 24 hours before and within an 8-hour slot.

I bought a Oak Bordeaux folding table. The wood was very good. Also, I think the instructions should have been more detailed because I was a little confused when setting up the table.

I ordered one smallish bedside 9 (or other) table. It arrived on time with all the necessary bits an pieces, screws, allen key etc. The instructions were clear. Very happy with the build quality and looks of our futon 2 seater settee, we upgraded the mattress and bought an extra cover all lovely We also bought 2 swivel coffee tables. I would recommend there furniture as the quality is excellent
