Very pleasantly surprised by the service after boycotting the store for the best part of 20 years after having some poor customer service and an email from the ceo calling me a liar. I discovered Futon about a year ago and since then we have bought a few different things: a bar table for our kitchen, a shoe rack and a basket. Everything still looks great and we had no issues with deliveries or our experience in their shops (Tottenham Court Road and Finchley Road). We plan to go back...
