Great customer service at the Sheffield store and online, delivery communication also very good. The bed is really nice and looks fab in the space. We added the long bolster, which looks great, but bought in store so we could see the colours better.

We bought a stool. We found we no longer have the ability to assemble flat-packs. We learned from the website that Futon now offer assembly. We arranged a taxi to take the pack to the York shop. The manager was standing outside to swap it with an assembled stool !

I bought a Oak Bordeaux folding table. The wood was very good. Also, I think the instructions should have been more detailed because I was a little confused when setting up the table.

Excellent staff in Norwich showroom with fast delivery and even delivery men carrying mattress up three flights of stairs due to broken lift. Great quality mattress with cover as ever. Love my futon, which I've had for years and just replaced the mattress passing old one to family.

Had great service from Roman at the Solihull branch. They were out of stock for an oak desk but I needed it that weekend so he found one at another branch & organised the collection. Also, when collecting some cushions & discovering the delivery bay blocked he brought them to my car - in the sleety rain!...
