Very helpful staff in Ringwood store … given plenty of information and opportunities to try out the various designs of futon. The whole experience was hassle free and we are very pleased with our futon/sofabed in our self contained holiday let.

What made my experience great? In a word Catherine! Went to the Kingston store on the 22nd October, she was helpful, kind and professional. Had to check I'd be able to get someone to assemble before buying, she printed out the potential bill then helped me later over the phone ,to pay (elderly technophobe!)...

Items brought were generally good quality. Where there was a slight fault with one item. The store staff were responsive and helpful to resolve the issue.

Very comfy futons, worth getting the upgraded versions. Easy to assemble (even 1 person can do it), easy to transform into beds and back to futons. Friendly and knowledgeable staff in Guildford store.

Lovely staff at Guildford. Rosie was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. The sofa arrived a little later than advised. Also a little more difficult to assemble than advised.
We got there in the end and would suggest a better drawing.

I shopped in store and was advised extremely well by a very gracious member of the team.
My first night on my new futon mattress left me with a bit of a face ache in the morning because I had been smiling in my sleep. It's preposterously comfortable.

Fantastic in store experience in Norwich. Staff cheery, helpful and knowledgeable on products. Everything delivered on time and all packaged well. No items damaged or in need of replacing. Delivery company not as enthusiastic but they did what was needed and without issue. Will order again.

Ordered on line which was very straight forward. The delivery was quick and securely wrapped . Delighted with the step up stool very neat and ticks away in a corner but very helpful for those higher kitchen shelves .
