The sales staff were very helpful and efficient. The furniture arrived on schedule. The delivery men carried it to our appointed room without complaint, even though we had a very difficult staircase to negotiate. All in all everything went very well.

We went to the shop today with an intention to buy a sofa bed. Joe their member of staff was excellent in explaining and demonstrating the sofa bed we liked. Staff at the Bristol store are so helpful and friendly, both on the phone and in person. The pieces we bought are beautifully designed and well made. We expect they will last too, based on our experience with a Futon Shop bed which we bought in the Oxford store back in 2002 and which is still in perfect...

Nicely made laundry bag, i did not want the alternatives which all seem to be plastic coated, so would hold moisture and cause mould.
The delivery was fast and efficient.

Unexpected find of great little watering cans of a sensible small size which i will use at school and for nature club. They are proper watering cans, good quality and attractive, in natural colours, and a very good price :) Would also make an attractive planter/cache pot.

Easy to order - easy to pick up and a very helpful shop assistant in the shop at Guildford. Love the futon cover and cushions - has revived our very old futon!

Shop staff (Sheffield store) were really helpful in guiding me through the options available. But it took me ages to wrangle the futon into its cover on my own, possibly easier if there are two of you!
