Ordered on line to collect from my local shop.Order was delivered on time and store confirmed my order was ready for collection.Delta table was easy to assemble. Quality is excellent and looks great in my small kitchen.

The staff at the Guildford shop went above and beyond to find me what I needed. Much better than an online experience.

What made my experience great? In a word Catherine! Went to the Kingston store on the 22nd October, she was helpful, kind and professional. Had to check I'd be able to get someone to assemble before buying, she printed out the potential bill then helped me later over the phone ,to pay (elderly technophobe!)...

Fantastic in store experience in Norwich. Staff cheery, helpful and knowledgeable on products. Everything delivered on time and all packaged well. No items damaged or in need of replacing. Delivery company not as enthusiastic but they did what was needed and without issue. Will order again.

I have bought two items from Futon; a futon sofa bed and a lamp. I love both of them! The sofa bed looks fabulous, is really comfortable, and fits so well with the rest of my furniture. The staff in both the Plymouth and Guildford branches were so helpful in demonstrating how the sofa went into a bed...
