I had to order by phone -very helpful service. Quick and efficient delivery service and excellent quality. I've had two Twingle oak sofas in daily use for at least ten years -upgraded them with new covers and under drawers. Perfect!

I bought the Cosy - 3 - Seater Sofa Bed Rubberwood (Soft Top) in the sale. It is principally to be used as a bed in my spare bedroom for when my adult kids visit. Ordered online. Informed of delivery time, phoned when on way. Helpful delivery staff brought heavy furniture in.
Oak flat pack was well made and strong. Better than other companies flat packs that we have bought in past.
Easy to assemble.
Looks nice in hallway. Would buy from there again.

I purchased my Futon from the Futon shop in Guildford. I found the assistant very helpful and I was able to find the right futon for me with her guidance and knowledge. The Futon didn't take long to arrive and the quality is superb

Originally, the futon was going to arrive later than the promised delivery window, but Customer Support fixed this and it arrived in time. The Futon is lovely - good quality and thick cosy mattress. Ordered on line which was very straight forward. The delivery was quick and securely wrapped . Delighted with the step up stool very neat and ticks away in a corner but very helpful for those higher kitchen shelves .
