The sofa bed arrived in store, on time and the staff team were very helpful. It fits beautifully into the box room and makes the study into a space for overnight stays.

Advice in shop was very good and staff very friendly.
Delivery company telephoned to check availability for delivery, then delivered when agreed. They put the futon in the room we requested.
