We went to the shop today with an intention to buy a sofa bed. Joe their member of staff was excellent in explaining and demonstrating the sofa bed we liked. He really helped us with all of our questions and showed good knowledge about their furniture. We really like their simple yet tasteful furniture...

The item arrived from the warehouse, with a broken part. I phoned my local store and as,they had an unopened one in stock, we exchanged the part. This saved the hassle of posting the whole piece of furniture back and meant I didn’t have to wait for a replacement.

I purchased the fleece blanket as they are particularly warm during the winter months.i am hoping they wil make these again in more neutral colours for the winter months 2025/26????! I would like grey or beige.

The futon shop staff in Exeter were amazing, very helpful and delivered excellent customer service and support when I bought my bed. In fact every time I go in always the same high quality service when browsing or buying!

The delivery men were polite and efficient, and we are delighted with our Snuggler daybed: relatively easy to assemble, sturdy and very comfortable. Oslo blue a great colour too.

So impressed with the customer service at the Leeds branch when I visited my son at Uni recently that I called the store to place my online order when I returned home. A young guy there was very helpful with measurements and product details. Thank you Leeds!

The item arrived on time and was very well packaged.It was generally simple to put together,but some screws did not line up easily.The oak finish is of great quality.
Lovely table to sit with laptop or do art with small easel.
