I am happy of the quality of the double Futon bed, and managed to assemble it on my own.
Delivery was on schedule. The driver and assistant kindly carried the bed components to a first floor room. They were polite and helpful.
Very pleased with this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We visited the Finchley road branch on Saturday. Jermaine looked after us for over one hour so we could try the sofa beds first hand and make a well-informed choice. Easy to order - easy to pick up and a very helpful shop assistant in the shop at Guildford. Love the futon cover and cushions - has revived our very old futon!

Table arrived, delivery great. Only noticed scratch on table top post-assembly. Company really helpful - arranged replacement table top straight away. Really responsive and great customer service. Product looks spot on! Very happy.

Great service in the shop in York. Excellent delivery time with good communication throughout regarding times and delivery date.
The delivery drivers brought the heavy furniture upstairs.

The sofa bed arrived in store, on time and the staff team were very helpful. It fits beautifully into the box room and makes the study into a space for overnight stays.
