Small household item ordered from Exeter store for London branch due to no in stock in their store at the time. Ordered efficiently with great customer focus and a picked up in London no problem. Rosie in the Guildford store was very helpful in making our decision on which futon sofabed to buy - frame, futon, cover etc.
Delivery was quick and self assembly was good - after we studied the instructions several times!
