Received leaning desk and although tricky to assemble alone, was clear to read instructions. 2 parts were damaged, however, the customer service was very fast in responding and sending out replacement parts.

We ordered the Oke - 3 Seater Sofa Bed Solid Oak, and it is excellent quality. The delivery was fast and handled brilliantly by two young men to the room of our choosing. I bought the 3 shelf version which is "hip height" Easy to pick up from local shop. Good value & well made ( self assembly with all screws needed !) Nice for my mum to place her flower vase on at Care Home away from radiator !

What fine experience to deal with the Futon complex from start to finish: it was easy… to find what I needed on the easy-to-navigate website…to place the order…to keep track of the delivery. The products are excellent quality and easy to assemble. Would I order again? Absolutely definitely yes....

Charley from the Plymouth store was so helpful, she went above and beyond when I purchased a desk off the sales floor, as I wasn’t from the area she packaged it up for me while I arranged a courier. It was being picked up the next day early, and she even came in on her day off going above and beyond...

We recently bought two Butterfly Folding Chairs from Futon Company and we absolutely love them.
They’re incredibly comfortable and spacious, making them perfect for relaxing in our terrace. We also love how easy they are to move around, so we can follow the sun or switch to the shade whenever we like....
