Website advises order will take 3-5 days. Once purchased, advised it will be almost a month before delivery. It is for a birthday.

Easy to order - easy to pick up and a very helpful shop assistant in the shop at Guildford. Love the futon cover and cushions - has revived our very old futon!

Shop staff (Sheffield store) were really helpful in guiding me through the options available. But it took me ages to wrangle the futon into its cover on my own, possibly easier if there are two of you!

Convenient shop with friendly staff. Ordering was easy and delivery was good with updates given. Furniture easy to put together and is solid and will last.

The two items when looked at in the shop in Tunbridge Wells were excellent quality and so we bought them.
