Pleasantly surprised at the quality of products purchased as they are for overnight guests so they have somewhere more comfortable to sleep than a blowup bed. The lofa sofa is so comfy and the bed in a bag is perfect for unexpected guests. Very happy that I made the decisio to shop at the futon company.

Purchased a day bed, ordering efficient, delivered promptly and helpfully (happily took package upstairs), very happy indeed with the daybed (though would have been easier to put together if I had read the instructions...

Ordered online. Informed of delivery time, phoned when on way. Helpful delivery staff brought heavy furniture in.
Oak flat pack was well made and strong. Better than other companies flat packs that we have bought in past.
Easy to assemble.
Looks nice in hallway. Would buy from there again.

What made my experience great? In a word Catherine! Went to the Kingston store on the 22nd October, she was helpful, kind and professional. Had to check I'd be able to get someone to assemble before buying, she printed out the potential bill then helped me later over the phone ,to pay (elderly technophobe!)...

Very comfy futons, worth getting the upgraded versions. Easy to assemble (even 1 person can do it), easy to transform into beds and back to futons. Friendly and knowledgeable staff in Guildford store.

Originally, the futon was going to arrive later than the promised delivery window, but Customer Support fixed this and it arrived in time. The Futon is lovely - good quality and thick cosy mattress. I had to sew handles on the sides of the mattress which is almost impossible to lift and manipulate without...

I bought a washing basket but unfortunately the stitches were loose . I have emailed customer service and they sorted out quickly. Hopefully the replacement will be fine as I really like it and it fit perfectly in my laundry room

Love the designs and perfect quality! Always wait for a clearance sale to get fair prices (otherwise its an expensive brand). You can purchase at stores and ask to ship home - which is awesome bc you get to try the furniture before buying (and help the local stores to stay in business).
