I bought a sofa bed and suratto chest of drawers. I had issues with the build of the drawers and raised this with the Norwich shop. They arranged for someone to come and resolve the problems I was having. Excellent customer service.

I was told in shop that it was easy to put together! I was warned that it would be heavy However- I was not told that it arrives as a flat pack! Bed side table came with missing parts. Contact with customer service was excellent very swift to respond Cambridge store have been great with taking over. Part have been sent out swiftly. Great service. Very happy with the with the product and my experience with customer service and the store.

Great quality product (2 Seater Sofa Bed) and exactly what we wanted having researched alternatives.
Very helpful staff in reviewing configuration options (appreciated the flexibility) and a well stocked showroom to help visualise. Ordering and delivery all very smooth. Delighted all round.
