We visited the Guildford store twice in the last week of November and on both occasions the staff, who were different on both days, were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. The products are of interesting design, well made and easy to assemble. First class service.

Lovely small tables, look well made. Solid wood and quite heavy. Well packed.
It was easy to change the delivery date with the delivery company and tables arrived on the correct day.

Great delivery. Great furniture. A bit tricky to put together. Needed 100% attention and tools not included in the packet. Instructions not as clear as those from Ikea. But products once assembled are sturdy and beautiful.

I have spent god knows how much with the Futon Company over the years. Their items are stylish, sturdy, and of good quality and value. Very happy with our futon from this company. It is excellent quality and at a very good price - especially as we got it during a sale. The delivery charge for two men in a van was reasonable too, as we live out in the wilds of west Wales.

It would be most helpful if the instructions had clear words explaining how to put it together, not just pictures.

Good quality product, easy to order, but took its time being delivered, considering I am 5 minutes away from the warehouse. It would be perfect if you could pick direct from the warehouse rather than a store.

Great value and service. A very efficient service. My order arrived when expected and the shop kept me updated about when I could collect it. Always pleased with the quality and value of what I buy, and the people in the shop are so helpful and welcoming.
