Have the sofa bed set up for about 1.5 weeks now, so far I'm happy. Quality is good so far, real wood.
Only when I assembled it by myself, I found it a bit hard, I was about to give up cos the fishbones were so difficult to put together. Then I tried again and did it! Instruction pictures were not toooo...

The products are minimalist and functional, with small details thoughtfully considered. I got a tatami mat for yoga, a shelf for the hallway, a frame for my poster and even a hot water bottle with fleece—but there’s so much more! Definitely worth having a look if you're after beautiful and practical...

Attractive and well made products at an excellent price. We have used the futon company desk accessories in our new office. Ordered online for pick up at Leeds store. Very easy to park in front of the shop for 20 mins pick up. Helpful staff carried purchase to car. Easy assembly of unit. Delighted with unit.Thank you

Helpful, friendly and professional. Easy to order via the shop. Only downside: the useful hints email arrived a week after the futon. We had already assembled it but it would have been useful to have had the email at the same time as the delivery.

Beautiful with great quality and nice design.
Delivery could be improved though, as they don't give advanced notice of when it will happen other than 24 hours before and within an 8-hour slot.
