We visited the Guildford store twice in the last week of November and on both occasions the staff, who were different on both days, were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. The products are of interesting design, well made and easy to assemble. First class service.

I bought the Cosy - 3 - Seater Sofa Bed Rubberwood (Soft Top) in the sale. It is principally to be used as a bed in my spare bedroom for when my adult kids visit. Purchased a day bed, ordering efficient, delivered promptly and helpfully (happily took package upstairs), very happy indeed with the daybed (though would have been easier to put together if I had read the instructions...

Lovely small tables, look well made. Solid wood and quite heavy. Well packed.
It was easy to change the delivery date with the delivery company and tables arrived on the correct day.

Ordered online. Informed of delivery time, phoned when on way. Helpful delivery staff brought heavy furniture in.
Oak flat pack was well made and strong. Better than other companies flat packs that we have bought in past.
Easy to assemble.
Looks nice in hallway. Would buy from there again.

Solid, very good quality storage stool.
This is the first time I have bought anything from the Futon company and i'm happy with the item (Bay Storage Stool). Much better quality that other products at a similar price.

Lovely staff at Guildford. Rosie was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. The sofa arrived a little later than advised. Also a little more difficult to assemble than advised.
We got there in the end and would suggest a better drawing.
