The shop was busy, which is always a good sign, the staff were helpful and sorted out our requirements. The delivery price was ridiculously low and the item was delivered in good time and good order.

Humans answer the phone.no musak. Once the phone was not answered but it was end of day and they got back to me with an email within hours (IE out of hours technically)offering to hear more about (a delivery potential snafu mostly me not understanding terms like dispatch etc). The chair I ordered was exactly as described it was sturdy, functional and looks lovely. The delivery was fast and efficient arriving earlier than I thought.

Initially a small piece of wood arrived broken. Having phoned the company when we unpacked our purchase they responded immediately. A replacement arrived within 2 days…. Amazing & customer service so helpful.
The wardrobe went together like a dream unlike any other self build furniture I have had....

Always a super Company to deal with! Friendly and it’s so nice to speak to someone and go into a shop see the products- rather than buy online.

The customer service at The Futon Company in Edinburgh has always been fantastic. I was struggling with back pain from an expensive mattress, but after purchasing one of their futons with a firm side, I've noticed a significant improvement. It's been a game-changer for my back health. Highly recommend!
