Nicola was helpful, as ever, telling us about various pieces of furniture. We bought an ex-display Hannei (?) open wardrobe which Nicola kindly dismantled and securely packed for us, which made transporting it home much easier.

really like the furniture they sell. My dog wrecked one of the chair cushions. I emailed futon and was able to order replacements. Great customer service that makes me consider getting more futon stuff.

Great company and great sofa bed. The oke 2 seater sofa bed is comfy, looks brilliant and is fantastic quality. Assembly was not difficult as the instructions were clear. The only thing I will mention is that the sofa bed is heavy to move but that is because it is solid oak. They emailed care and guidance...

Really pleased with my smart computer/office chair that doesn't look like an office chair! No wheels but a stylish swivel that allows the seat to move smoothly around. Went into the Futon shop in York whilst on a short break. Saw the item we wanted but because of its weight and size we had it delivered to our home address. The shop assistant was very helpful and arranged everything for us. The item was delivered on time a few days later. Very pleased with what we purchased...

Item delivered within timescale. Unfortunately there were chips on some of the parts. Contacted Futon and they replied immediately advising they would send replacement parts. Futon now assembled and very happy with this and customer service
