Originally, the futon was going to arrive later than the promised delivery window, but Customer Support fixed this and it arrived in time. The Futon is lovely - good quality and thick cosy mattress. Love the designs and perfect quality! Always wait for a clearance sale to get fair prices (otherwise its an expensive brand). You can purchase at stores and ask to ship home - which is awesome bc you get to try the furniture before buying (and help the local stores to stay in business).
