Helpful, friendly and professional. Easy to order via the shop. Only downside: the useful hints email arrived a week after the futon. We had already assembled it but it would have been useful to have had the email at the same time as the delivery.

Great screen , can’t believe it’s a perfect match with one we bought twenty years ago ! We stupidly got rid of the second one when moving house a few years ago , hence had to buy this one !

The purchase online was easy to achieve. In the delivery process one of the item was missing. When I required about it the staff was so good that they dispatched the item without any problems.

I bought a Oak Bordeaux folding table. The wood was very good. Also, I think the instructions should have been more detailed because I was a little confused when setting up the table.
