I’ve always wanted to purchase from this company, but couldn’t decide on what to buy, as there are so many quality items! The items that I received quickly, were easy to build and fit where I need it. The most important thing for me is that the table and open wardrobe can be easily stored away.

Website advises order will take 3-5 days. Once purchased, advised it will be almost a month before delivery. It is for a birthday.
I have rung their contact number 4 times without anyone picking up, and had no responses to emails yet.
Update: They have now made contact and agreed to send out several...

Great service in the shop in York. Excellent delivery time with good communication throughout regarding times and delivery date.
The delivery drivers brought the heavy furniture upstairs.

Probably the best customer service experience I've ever experienced.
Adam answered every possible question for a variety of products amd helped us find exactly what we needed.
Not to mention to angelic patience to keep a smile around out feral children.
If he doesn't deserve a raise and a promotion idk...

The assistant in Norwich was very helpful and patient with us. The 2 items ordered arrived on time with no problems. We are very pleased with the furniture.
